If you want a kit that’s going to make you stand out from the crowd. Smok’s new ProColor is one that needs to be on your radar.

From powerful features to sleek design, the Smock ProColor is an exciting new mod that looks the part and offers great value for money.

Upgrade the Alien

If at first glance the ProColor feels familiar, that’s because it is. This kit is an upgrade of the brand’s already popular Alien 220. Smok’s new ProColor builds on what’s great about the Alien, adding a host of new features into the mix and updating it's design too.

The large colour display means you get more information and customisation options than ever before on a Smok mod. There’s information about battery life, power, temperature, resistance, temperature, voltage, coil type and more. You have full control of your vape experience at your fingertips.

All these features are packed into a sleek and compact mod. It’s small enough to slip into your pocket or handbag and is made for life on the go.

The tank is the perfect compliment. The kit comes with the TFV8 Big Baby tank, which is an iteration of the already bestselling Baby Beast tank. It’s a top-fill system that also offers adjustable airflow. To give you even more control over how you like to vape. The 510 spring-loaded connector also makes it easy to switch out for another tank. It’s maximum performance with minimal fuss.

The whole thing is powered by two 18650 batteries (they’re not included in the box – so beware!) making charging easy. You can recharge the set you have using the USB connector. Or keep an extra set of batteries to hand that you can switch in and out so you’re never without power.

Added features like protection against overheating, low battery levels and overextended puffs mean you have a mod that’s as reliable as it is powerful.

Tech specs

If you like the sound of the features, then next on the list is to introduce you to the Smock ProColor’s tech specs.

First and foremost is the display. This is a full colour OLED display and a spacious 1.3’’ screen. There’s also the added bonus of customisable LED lighting around the display. Making the device seem even more high-tech.

As mentioned, Smok’s new ProColor comes with the TFV8 Big Baby Tank, which has been updated to a 2ml capacity to comply with the TPD requirements. Inside there’s also the V8 Baby-Q2 0.4 ohm Coil Head that comes preinstalled. Plus a 510 thread connector to make servicing your mod quick and easy. It’s also compatible with the SMOK Alien coils, so there’s plenty of options to customise at your fingertips.

As to features, you have output temperature control of up to 315 C, plus wattage control that ranges from 6 to 225W. What that means is, you get great power, great flavour and great cloud and can set the device just how you like it.

In terms of size, the ProColor is a compact 85mm x 46mm x 29.5mm and weighs just 151g, so it’s definitely travel friendly. How much you can squeeze out of the battery depends on the settings you like to vape at – but you can expect to get a few hours of vape time and when it does come time to charge up, they recharge quickly.
