Vapouriz is dedicated to its quality policy and will ensure that all its activities including sales, dispatch, and other related operations fully meet the requirements of its customers. The goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction across the business at all times. Commitment to the quality objectives and the continual improvement of operational procedures is essential to realising this goal.
Vapouriz believes in the concept of the customer and the supplier working together in pursuing the objectives set out by this policy and continually striving for improvement in all areas including quality and safety and ensuring that legal obligations and commitments are fully met.
The quality policy is based on 3 fundamental principles:
- Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our customers
- Monitoring our service provisions and identifying the potential for errors and taking necessary action to eliminate them
- It is important for us that everyone understands how to do their job correctly and ensuring it is done right in the first instance
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying client requirements and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.
Objectives are needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained with the policy in mind and will be set, monitored, and determined at management reviews.
The quality policy principles and objectives will be commentated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve these objectives.
Within this policy, Vapouriz are committed to operating the Company under the discipline and control of a quality Management System conforming to the international standard ISO 9001, which has been planned and developed jointly with our other management functions.
We are all committed to operating to this standard for business improvement purposes and we will maintain the necessary quality approvals consistent with our customers’ requirements.
