The main improvement is the upgraded internal mesh coil. The V2 heating element provides faster ramp-up times, consistent vapour delivery, and clearer flavour that lasts longer before tapering off compared to the original version.

What is the difference between the Gotek V2 pods and the original Gotek pods?

Gotek V2 pods are fully compatible across the Aspire Gotek range, including the Gotek Pro 2, Gotek X, and Gotek S. Please note that lower-resistance pods like the 0.4ohm and 0.6ohm perform best on higher-output models like the Gotek Pro 2.

Which Aspire kits can use the Gotek V2 pods?

The 0.8ohm pod is ideal for standard mouth-to-lung vaping with a tighter draw. The 0.6ohm pod offers a warmer, airier restricted direct-to-lung inhale, while the 0.4ohm option provides the most open draw and largest vapour volume on compatible devices.

Which resistance option should I choose?

All three resistances are designed for thinner e-liquids. We recommend using 50/50 freebase e-liquids or Nicotine Salts. High-VG shortfill liquids are too thick for these compact internal coils and can cause dry hits or shorten the wick lifespan.

Product Overview

Aspire Gotek V2 Replacement Pods - 2 Pack

Replacement, refillable Fixed-Coil Pods 2ml for the Aspire Gotek X vape kit, Pack of Two

The Aspire Gotek V2 Pods provide an accessible, dependable replacement solution designed to keep your device performing at its best. Created alongside the Gotek Pro 2, these pods are backward compatible with the wider Aspire Gotek family, including the Gotek X and Gotek S. Each pod holds 2ml of e-liquid and features an accessible side-fill port, making refills fast and mess-free without detaching the pod from the device.

The standout enhancement in the V2 pod is the reworked internal mesh coil. By optimising the heating surface area, the coil vaporises e-liquid evenly and efficiently from the first draw. This ensures authentic flavour reproduction and consistent vapour density across the full life of the pod, helping your favourite e-liquids taste fresh for longer. Because the coil is built directly into the cartridge, there are no loose parts or complicated maintenance routines required. When the pod reaches the end of its natural lifespan, simply replace the entire unit.

To accommodate different draw styles, the Gotek V2 pods come in three distinct resistance options. The 0.8ohm pod provides a familiar, cigarette-like mouth-to-lung inhale, while the 0.6ohm option delivers a slightly warmer, restricted direct-to-lung pull. For vapers using variable-output devices like the Gotek Pro 2 who want maximum vapour production, the 0.4ohm pod provides an open, airy draw.

For the best wicking performance and coil longevity, pair these pods with balanced 50/50 freebase e-liquids or Nicotine Salts.
