What is it?
Vapouriz Rewards Points are our way of giving something back to our loyal customer base; put simply you can now earn points on every order you place, which you can then use to get money off on future orders.
How do I use my Rewards Points?
Please login to your account to see and use your Rewards Points. Once you put items into your basket, you will see the option to save or spend your points on the right hand side.
If you can't see this, you aren't logged in.
How does it work?
Every time you place an order with Vapouriz, as long as you are signed in to your account you will earn 10 Rewards Points for every £1 you spend.
The next time you order you can use your points to get money off, at a generous rate of £5 off for every 1000 points you have.
Account
Don't worry if you don't have an account, you can create one when you place your order and your Rewards Points will still be added to your new account.
We will also be running competitions where we will be giving away Rewards Points as prizes, so make sure you like our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter to be in with a chance of winning!
Reward Points Terms & Conditions
- You must have an account to qualify for Reward Points.
- Collection of Reward points is based on spend on the Website from the date you become a Vapouriz account holder.
- You can check your Reward points balance by logging into your Vapouriz Account.
- The standard number of points you will collect are ten Reward Points for every £1 spend on qualifying products.
- Ten points is worth five pence to spend on products online at vapouriz.co.uk. We will not exchange Vapouriz Reward Points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
- You cannot redeem 100% of the value of an order using Vapouriz Rewards Points, a maximum of 2000 points per order can be applied.
- Non-redeemed Rewards points earned will expire after 12 months from the purchase date.
- Vapouriz can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any indvidual Vapouriz account.
- Vapouriz.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw reward points promotions/offers without notice.
- After shopping online on vapouriz.co.uk, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Vapouriz Account once the order has been dispatched.
- The Vapouriz.co.uk Reward Scheme can only be redeemed online at Vapouriz.co.uk.
- During Vapouriz Reward Points promotions, only reward points earned during the promotional period apply, existing points will not be multiplied.
- If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Vapouriz account. If a product you buy includes redeemed rewards points and is found to be faulty and returned, we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
- You may redeem Vapouriz Reward Points against any order on the Vapouriz website, excluding any orders placed that contain outlet products and/or redeemable promotional campaigns/codes.
