Royal Mail Battery Policy Update
Due to changes in Royal Mail's delivery policy, we are unable to offer this delivery service for orders containing three or more batteries. This includes multiple disposables, vape kits, prefilled kits & batteries.

Your order will be dispatched from our Flavour Warehouse Group Depot, and you’ll see this noted in your delivery notifications. To help with tracking, we may share your telephone number and/or email address with our courier so they can update you with delivery progress and provide an estimated time of arrival.
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order, as we’re unable to cover the cost of replacements or re-sends if incorrect details are provided. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and rely on normal operating procedures. Occasionally, factors outside our control may cause delays. Bank Holidays
Orders placed over bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You may still receive a notification outside of these times to confirm your order is ready, but this simply means it’s awaiting collection by the courier, not that it has already been collected.
