Today we’re taking a closer look at HotShot, telling you all about the brand and how you can incorporate this clever product into your vape routine.
What is a nicotine shot?
Nicotine shots are a fairly new innovation, and have quickly risen in popularity because they offer an alternative to the small volume limit imposed by the TPD changes.
The changes mean e-liquids containing nicotine can be sold in a maximum volume of 10ml. If you’re an occasional vaper or someone who loves to mix and match e-liquids all the time, this isn’t as much of an issue. But for hardcore vapers who stick to one or two flavours the TPD regulations amount to a huge pile of empties and a lot more hassle.
This is where nicotine shots come in. Nicotine-free e-liquids can be sold in higher volumes making it possible to buy in bulk.
For vapers who want nicotine in their e-liquids, shortfill bottles and nicotine shots help bridge that gap. If you use as 50ml short fill bottle and add a 10ml nicotine shot with an 18mg nicotine strength, once mixed you’ll end up with 60ml of your favourite e-liquid of a strength of 3mg.
