At Vapouriz, e-liquids are available in 5 different strengths: Zero - 0% (no nicotine), Low - 0.6%, Medium Low - 1.2%, Medium - 1.8% and High - 2.4%. But which is best for you?

There's no doubt about it: e-cigarettes are proving to be a popular smoking cessation aid for those looking to kick their smoking habit. There are many reasons why this is the case: it's partly because e-cigarettes include fewer harmful chemicals than cigarettes, partly because it helps the cravings for the ACT of smoking as well as the nicotine, and partly because it is far more affordable than buying packets of cigarettes. One added bonus of e-cigarettes is that the e-liquids used as refills are available in a huge number of different strengths, making it easy to find what's right for you, and to cut down on your nicotine intake slowly but surely.

At Vapouriz, e-liquids are available in 5 different strengths: Zero - 0% (no nicotine), Low - 0.6%, Medium Low - 1.2%, Medium - 1.8% and High - 2.4%. Essentially, the stronger you go, the more nicotine you'll be taking in - so you shouldn't use the highest strength if you're not a really heavy smoker.

Trying to work out which e-liquid strength you need may seem confusing and more than a little daunting, but it's actually fairly simple. The percentages in the strengths relate to the amount of nicotine within each liquid, and can also be expressed as milligrams per millilitre. So, the Medium Low e-liquids - 1.2% - contain 12 milligrams of nicotine per millilitre of liquid.

Remember the huge range of Vapour Cigarette Starter Kits we have to offer.. You can pick the e-liquid and Vape that works best for you!

The following should help you to work out which of the 5 Vapouriz strengths is best for you:

High - 2.4%

If you smoke a pack of cigarettes a day or more, then this may be the best option for you - you'll definitely feel the nicotine kicking in. However, some heavy smokers do find this too much, so it may be better to start lower.

Medium - 1.8%

Many heavy smokers will choose this option, as well as those who are trying to give up "non-light" cigarettes.

Medium Low - 1.2%

If you're used to smoking light cigarettes, then the Medium Low is probably the most suitable level for you.

Low - 0.6%

The lightest nicotine level in our e-liquids, perfect for those who are trying to cut their nicotine addiction.

Zero - 0%

With no nicotine whatsoever, the Zero e-liquids are perfect for those who want to banish their nicotine addiction altogether.
