• 1. 1. The promoter is: Vapouriz (company no. 07898106) whose registered office is at Genesis House, Merrow Lane, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7BN.
     2. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
     3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
     4. Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
     5. Closing date for entry will be Friday 03-02-2017 11:59:59 PM. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
     6. One winner will be selected after the closing date from all entries to receive the prize detailed in the competition. Entering more than once from the mechanisms available will boost your chances of winning but the selection of the winner will be at random
     7. Nine runners up will be selected at random to win a discount code to be used on the Vapouriz site.
     8. Winner and runners up will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 2 weeks of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered.
     9. If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
     10. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
